| Carpenters begin to lay a weatherproof strip along the outside of the plywood sub floor. Overtop of this, is where the first round of logs for your log cabin will go. Trucking costs are additional to the price to the package. It is a good idea to request a trucking cost for your house to be delivered from the builder.
The truck that delivers your home should be equipped with tarps, stakes, and plywood sidekits to protect the logs. |

| The logs are ready to be placed!
At Falcon, we provide one man to supervise the re-assembly of your log cabin, included in the price. You will need 3-4 people to assist as well, depending upon the size of your log package. They do not need to have prior experience in log home construction, and are most often family and friends. The placement of the first round of log wall is critical. The builder must ensure that all corners are square. Once the first course is set, the re-assembly progresses fairly quickly. |

| Logs are tagged and numbered once the house is completely built in the builders construction yard. This keeps the re-assembly organized and efficient. Each log is marked with a letter/numbering code. All V-grooves and notches are also insulated prior to shipping. . |
