The Falcon Heritage is a spacious design incorporating all the best features. This home consists of two dormers located on the front of the house and has a five log roof system.

There is a visitor parkway, with massive King Post Trusses over the main entrance and garage doors. The foyer provides for a private guest bath and ample closet space. A large feature staircase is located central to the foyer.

The Great Room has two archways, one leading into a children's wing with two bedrooms and private bath. There has also been provided an optional room. This room would be perfect as a playroom for younger children, separate living room area for teens, computer room or office.

The second archway leads into the Dining/Kitchen area. The Dining Room consists of double doors leading out to an extensive deck area. The Kitchen is large, with a laundry room/storage room.

There is a breeze way to the garage.

As with any of our floor plans, this home could be modified or changed to suite your requirements.
